Metal Roof Tax Credits

In order for homeowners to take advantage of the recent tax credits provided by the Stimulus Plan in February of 2009, homeowners must:

*Be "placed in service" from January 1, 2009 through December 31, 2010
*Must be for taxpayers principal residence
*Save your receipts or the Energy Star labels
*Improvements made in 2009 will be claimed on your 2009 taxes
